Around the Bay 2015 catering vendor sites will run across two
days of the festival with all food and drink outlets located in the Alexandra
Gardens. Fiesta Events & Catering is seeking expressions of interest from
catering to participate in the event in 2015. Opportunities to be involved are
limited so get you applications in quick.
Around the Bay 2015 is in its’ 23rd year and has
established itself as one of Australia’s largest mass participation bike rides

Note; All
food and beverage rights for this event are through Fiesta Events &
Catering. Vendors will be notified of the drink provider two (2) weeks before
the event. Under NO circumstances are vendors to sell any other products then
the contracted drink provider. This also include slushies products, sulshie
applications will not be accepted. |

VENUE ACCESS DETAILS All
vehicles must register for a venue access permit before accessing the venue. Without this permit vehicles will not gain
access to the venue (Alexandra Gardens). All vehicles
must be registered with Fiesta Events & Catering by COB Friday 9th
October. If you’re
application is accepted you will need to fill out a venue access confirmation
form. Then we will email you a venue access permit
that must be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle at all times. Please note that vehicles without this pass
will not gain access to the venue. IMPORTANT
INFORMATION Vehicles
travelling west on Alexandra Avenue and approaching from Swan Street Bridge
(Olympic Boulevard) are NOT PERMITTED
to turn right into Boathouse Drive. Vehicles approaching from this direction must
turn left into Linlithgow Avenue then right on to Alexandra Avenue and left
into Boathouse Drive. VEHICLE MOVEMENTS Vehicle
shut down will be enforced from 11am on Friday 9th of October. All vehicles without a PERMANENT VENUE ACCESS
PERMIT (essential vehicles only) will need to be removed from Alexandra
Gardens. Vehicles
will be able to enter/exit
the site from 7.00am on Monday 12th of October. PARKING No vehicles are allowed to park at Alexandra Gardens (Boathouse Drive), for the duration of the event. Parking is available at the |
